Selena Park’s broad finance and property industry expertise, combined with her passion for providing clients with an outstanding customer service experience and optimum results, make her ideally suited to assist a range of homebuyers and investors.

Selena’s work experience in mortgage lending, real estate and construction is also backed by personal expertise as a property investor. “I have such a passion for property investment and would like to see everyone getting ahead in property – whether it’s to own one property or a portfolio of properties,” Selena says. “My goal is to build lifelong relationships with my clients so that they look to me with confidence to assist them in achieving their finance goals. I also make sure that all of my clients are treated the way that I would expect to be treated.”

Selena has also spent several years working closely with accountants with expertise in asset protection and structuring, positioning her well to assist investors to gain suitable finance through Discretionary/Family Trusts and asset protected vehicles.

 “I’m tenacious, versatile and strategic, and think ‘outside the square’ to source solutions and get a deal across the line for my clients,” Selena says. “As well as having a keen eye for detail, I also maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and trends to ensure my clients are always ahead of the game.”
